Return Policy
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and sent it to us immediately. We will replace the item if it is in stock. If not in stock, you will be given the option to select another item or receive a refund.
Please email a photo of the damaged item to jepeabody12@gmail.com and explain the reason of your request.
JPeabody5Jewelry must be notified of any damaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your package.
Shipping for Exchanges
We do not refund the original shipping paid by you on the order.
